Waistband Elastic:
Prem./Small Newborn to 0-3m: Maximum of 40.5cm (16”) of 25mm (1”) wide elastic.
3-6m to age 2: Maximum of 49.5cm (19 ½”) of 38mm (1 ½”) wide elastic.
Age 3 to age 12: Maximum of 62cm (24 ½”) of 50mm (2”) wide elastic.

Cuff Fabric: Cotton/Lycra jersey or cotton/Lycra ribbing.

Faux Drawstring Option: Maximum 30cm (12”) drawstring cord and a scrap of light/medium fusible interfacing.

RECOMMENDED FABRICS:
Main Fabric: Medium-weight 2 or 4-way stretch knit fabric, e.g., cotton/Lycra French terry, sweatshirt fleece, etc. 10% - 50% stretch is ideal. Cotton/elastane jersey can also be used.
